Places are capped, so when founding spots open you apply for yours. This isn't a room you can just buy your way into. It works because the people in it are serious, so there's a short application first.

We set your goal and write it down

If you're selected, your first session is one to one on your goal. We agree what you're going to achieve in the next twelve months, make it realistic, make it time-bound, and put it in writing. This is the goal the guarantee is built on.

You show up every month

One Sunday afternoon a month, live online. You watch other members get their business worked through, you contribute, and you learn from every situation in the room.

You commit, then you answer for it

Before each session ends, you tell the room what you'll do before next time. Next month you're held to it in front of everyone. This is the part that keeps you moving when you'd otherwise drift.

Who runs the room

I'm Adam Slee.

I'm not a guru who did one deal a decade ago and has sold the story ever since. I've built a seven-figure property portfolio using joint ventures and creative finance, with none of my own money to start, and I'm still building it now, the same way I'll show you.
