When it's your turn, you're in the hot seat. You and I focus on your situation. Other members listen and learn. Then you learn from theirs.
Your 1-to-1 mentoring takes place within the group session.
Bring your deal, your figures, a negotiation or the decision you've been putting off. We get into the detail together and agree what you should do next.
We set a written goal and agree actions each month. Next time, we review what happened, work through the setbacks and keep you moving. You get encouragement as well as accountability.
Between sessions, post in the members' group. I answer, and everyone else can learn from it too. You don't have to sit on a decision until next month.

The results guarantee
We agree your 12-month goal in writing. If you meet the participation conditions and haven't reached it after 12 months, your membership continues free until you do, for up to another 12 months.
This is additional mentoring, not a refund. Conditions include the attendance or catch-up requirements, completing at least 80% of agreed actions, remaining in good standing and claiming within 30 days of your first year ending. Full conditions in S1.6.

Yes. You get your own 1-to-1 mentoring time with me within the group session, focused on your situation. The other members listen and learn. That's why I've capped the group at 8 people.
That's fine if you've done some property training and want help implementing it. We can work on finding and assessing opportunities, making offers and the decisions involved in getting started. If you're completely new to property, start with Property School first.
No. If you haven't got a deal yet, I'll help you get one. If you have and it's moving fine, we work on whatever else is holding you back, whether that's raising money, negotiating, social media, a refurb, systems, AI or admin. Whatever you need to put into practice to get your next deal or result, that's what we work on.
There's no fixed length. We keep going until everyone has had proper time on their situation. Some months that's quicker, some months it isn't.
Sessions are recorded so you can catch up. Coming live gives you the chance to work through your situation with me. If you're working towards the guarantee, the terms explain the attendance and catch-up requirements, including submitting an accountability update after a missed session.
